Terms of Service

Effective November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the mobile apps published by Thirteen Moons Studio LLC ("we," "us") on Google Play under the developer name Persephone Weathers, including Thirteen Moons and LunaCubs (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where the law allows it
• Use the App in any unlawful way
• Remove copyright or other notices from the App

3. Purchases

Some Apps are free to download and offer a one-time paid unlock for extra features. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Unlocked features are tied to the Google account used to buy them. Prices may change, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already made.

4. Information shown in the App

Moon phases, calendar dates, holidays, weather, and similar information are provided for general and personal use. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Weather comes from a third-party service. Please do not rely on the App for safety-critical decisions.

5. Your data

Our Apps store your information on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for details. Because your data stays on your device, uninstalling the App or losing your device may delete it, and we cannot restore it.

6. Ownership

The Apps, including their artwork, characters, names, text, and code, are owned by Thirteen Moons Studio LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. "Thirteen Moons," "LunaCubs," and related names and artwork are ours. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

7. Updates and changes

We may update, change, or stop offering an App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make important changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. No warranty

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that an App will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Thirteen Moons Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchase involved in the claim.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including the laws of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom where they apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, except where the laws of your home country require otherwise.
