Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Thirteen Moons Studio LLC ("we," "us") handles information in our mobile apps, including Thirteen Moons and LunaCubs, and on this website. Our apps are published on Google Play under the developer name Persephone Weathers.

The short version

Our apps work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information.

Information we do not collect

Our apps do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your precise location history
• Contacts, photos, or files
• Advertising IDs or analytics tracking data

Information stored on your device

Some features save information locally on your phone so the app works as expected — for example, your settings, calendar notes, or your LunaCub's progress. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes it.

Device features

Some features may ask for permission to use parts of your phone:

• Location — to show weather and moon times for your area. It is used on the device only and not stored or shared by us.
• Calendar — to show or add events from your phone's calendar, if you choose. Events stay on your device.
• Camera — for in-game features in LunaCubs, such as seeing your LunaCub outside. Images are processed on the device and are not saved or uploaded.

You can turn any permission off at any time in your phone's settings.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google's handling of that information is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Third-party services

When weather is shown, the app may request forecast data from a weather service using your approximate location. No personal identity information is included in that request.

Children's privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
